DentaCarts — Managed Commerce at Scale

The Egyptian Ministry of Communications and IT sought to implement an AI driven platform for early detection of diabetic retinopathy in public hospitals. Vctors delivered and operated a scalable solution that supports patient screenings, AI-powered diagnostics, and multi-site deployment with high availability. In its first phase, the platform successfully processed over one million medical cases, significantly expanding access to preventive care. The system was developed using Java with Spring Boot for backend services, MongoDB for medical data management, and Flutter for a unified mobile interface.
